MEET OUR TEAM
Sally
Sally's passion for animals started at a young age- bringing home stray animals to care for. At the age of 15 she completed Work-Experience at a local Animal Shelter where she then managed to secure a part-time job and has spend the rest of her days working in the industry. Having a strong passion to help the helpless, if Sally hasn't been working for a rescue, she fosters and supports rescue's however she can.
While Sally has experience in rehabilitation, behavioural intervention, puppy school, dog obedience, agility, enrichment, and grooming. Our fabulous creater of Pawfect Paws holds a Diploma in Management, Pet first aid, a Certificate in Dog Psychology, Behaviour and Training, a Certificate in Caring for Dogs, a Certificate in Dog and Pet Grooming and an Advance Certificate in Dog and Pet grooming, specialising in being a certified Fear Free groomer. She has also undertaken training online with the likes of Karen Pryor and Susan Friedman and has attended training sessions with Gaille Perry, Cam Day and Renee Harris. With a belief that the industry is ever evolving and that dog training and understanding especially, has changed dramatically over the years, Sally strives to stay informed and up to date.
As well as ALL of that, miss Sally is a mother to three boys, many furr kids and in her spare time enjoys playing and umpiring netball, becoming a B badged netball umpire and volunteering her time to assist with the runnings of many netball events and the Brothers Netball Association.

Nicole
Nicole is an avid animal lover. Growing up on a farm has given her experience with animals from a young age, leading her to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science Majoring in Veterinary Technology and has worked at various pet shops, boarding kennels and rehoming shelters, just to name a few… also adding years of petsitting experience to her resume.
Nicole is a mother of 3 very active little children as well as a Kelpie who she has travelled around Australia with, working at rural sheep stations. She has also travelled overseas, again, working with sheep and also assisting with the conservation of threatened species, in particular, big cats such as cheetahs, leopards and lions.
Nicole has a passion for making a positive difference whether it be through enrichment, training or conversations with owners.
Nicole is our Head of Training and will be seen out and about leading our Puppy Day School, assisting with training for our Daycare doggies, as well as creating all of the exciting and popular Theme Weeks. Nicole is the brains trust behind organising the goodies, activities and photoshoots we all love taking home.
Tegan
Tegan has completed courses in pet care and a vet assistant certificate, with experience working in boarding kennels and pet stores, Tegan has always enjoyed educating herself and others on everything pet care, striving to give every pet the best experience and care.As an avid animal lover Tegan has spent many hours volunteering for a local rescue, fostering, doing administration work and specialises in rehabilitation and behaviour modification, and loves to work in grooming and behaviour training. She is very experienced with all things Pawfect Paws being one of the few staff members to have worked in every role.
In her spare time, Tegan enjoys being creative and crafty, which you may notice flow over to our Hound Quarters. Being active each day and over the weekend, working on her own injury rehabilitation and fitness from home. Tegan is also a huge movie buff, with a love of true crime, horror and science fiction, she also enjoys a good game of NRL and SSN.
As Operations Manager, you will see Tegan having a hand in all services around our Hound Quarters, working hard to make Pawfect Paws everything you and the team dream it can be.
NICOLE
Nicole began with us in 2023 doing Daycare, Cruises and transport. She has had many four legged friends in her life and currently has two dachshund’s Stanley and Winnie and a cat named Audrey who are loved and adored. With a Certificate III Agriculture (Horse Breeding) and time as a veterinary nurse in her 20 year career working with animals, Nicole has longstanding experience with all creatures great and small.
Nicole loves her work at Pawfect Paws and is often known to tell her two children and extended family all about the canine characters she meets at work. Nicoles friendly nature, fabulous rapport with customers and constant love and care for your dogs has led her to becoming our Daycare Team Leader, which is where you will see her bright and early each morning.
EMILY
Em joined the Pawfect Paws team in 2021 and has adored animals for as long as she can remember — especially doggies! With her playful energy and genuine care, Em loves pampering, playing, and making every pup feel right at home.
Emily has a passion for helping others, doing a year as teaching support with children with disabilities, Emily shows each day the compassion and dedication it takes to create lasting bonds with not only the dogs but their humans. Emily is very motivated in giving each dog a fun and memorable day and truly has nothing but the best intentions for every pet, giving each the opportunity they deserve.
Emily’s willingness to chat with owners, happily swapping stories about their fur baby’s latest antics, and her ever trusting nature with dogs has seen her become our Cruises Captain. Although Emily can also be found in our bath mobile, and grooming trailer, being another staff member to do it all.
Abby has loved dogs her whole life and has always been surrounded by them. Her passion led her to earn a certificate in Dog Physiology, Behaviour, and Training, giving her a strong understanding of how dogs think, learn, and communicate.
She is the proud owner of three dogs: Whisky, a friendly chocolate Labrador; Lilo, a big-personality dachshund; and Rosa, a resilient and affectionate rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross. Each of them has shaped her experience and deepened her appreciation for dogs of all temperaments and backgrounds. Abby loves seeing dogs enjoy themselves, grow in confidence, and simply live their best lives.
Abby also has a background in cabinet making and is often called apon to help fix, improve and create the spaces you see at doggy daycare and our hound quarters. Because of this and her many certificates you will find Abby in Doggy Daycare, as our Daycare 2IC, taking charge of improvements and ideas with in our daycare and your dogs lives.
ABBY
Becca
Becca was one of the few people who knew what they wanted to do at a young age and made it happen. Having a love for animals big, small, feathery and fluffy, Becca endeavored to turn into a job. Becca loves being a groomer, in her words - “there’s nothing better than helping our furry friends look, feel and be their very best!”
Becca loves getting to know each pup, making them feel comfortable and cared for, and seeing their little personalities shine through. Becca believes working with animals isn’t just a job for, it’s her passion. Becca’s soft touch and care for comfort makes her a fabulous groomer and quality team member.
You will see Becca around HQ and mostly in our grooming salon leading our grooming team with a relaxed and smiley approach.
Tiana
Tiana started with Pawfect Paws in 2020, making her one of our most seniour staff members. Tiana spent many years building lifelong relationships with bath mobile dogs and their parents alike. Tiana has seen many doggy faces grow up and pass on which is why she is dedicated in making every day count.
Tiana has recently stepped out of the bath mobile and into the world of daycare and cruises, seeing many changes throughout her time. Tiana has expressed her joy in the way we run our services and is always looking to help us improve. Keeping the lighthearted approach in all things, Tiana is always smiling and ready to make friends.
You will see Tiana is her element at daycare, cruises and the bath mobile.
JOLIE
Jolie has loved animals for as long as she can remember, and that passion has grown into a rewarding career. Having completed her Certificate III in Animal Care, which began as a school-based traineeship and has since become a part-time role.She is committed to growing within the animal care industry and always looks for opportunities to build her knowledge and confidence. Outside of work, Jolie’s home is full of energy and affection, thanks to her two dogs and nine beloved cats, many of whom began as foster kittens and quickly became part of the family.
In doggy daycare, Jolie enjoys getting to know each dog’s unique personality and creating a positive, safe experience for them. She loves sharing updates with owners and takes pride in helping every pup feel comfortable and cared for. Jolie has also had a hand in grooming and puppy day school, showing great understanding and patience when dealing with puppers of all ages and temperaments.
Jolie has recently stepped into a cruise assist; daycare assist and puppy day school stand in role. Enjoying the change from week to week and spreading her talents between services. Jolie is another of our social media specialists creating many amazing videos and photos to capture those wonderful moments, which is why we are lucky to have her move between services and create lasting memories.
Cori
Meet Cori! She has a great love for working with animals because they really have a way of lifting the mood and bringing positive energy to each day she spends with them. Having worked in the pet care industry for a few years now, Cori loves being a part of the Pawfect Paws team as she says they understand the importance of what it takes to be great dog handlers and even better teammates to work alongside. Working with dogs never feels like “just a job” to Cori, it’s something she really enjoy’s and is always looking forward to.
Cori has very creative nature and enjoys creating fun posts, pictures and videos, always with camera in hand. Showing off the caring and fun-loving nature of our Pawfect Paws team, Cori has helped us elevate our social media presents and truly show what it means to be a Pawfect Paws family.
Cori is our Social Media Guru and will be seen mostly in daycare, cruises and around our hound quarters, helping catch the moments you see of Facebook and Instagram.
Courtney
Courtney joined the team in 2025; she has shown a great love of animals with a passion for caring for them and making their days more entertaining. Courtney has a beautiful yellow fronted Amazon parrot called Leroy who is always talking. Courtney has always had animals around her from Great Danes, Guinea pigs, chickens and birds.
Courtney enjoys meeting all the new dogs that visit Pawfect Paws and is excited to further her skills and knowledge in the industry. Currently completing her certificate in pet care, Courtney has made herself a integral part of our team, assisting in daycare, cruises and grooming. You sure will see her smiley face around our hound quarters.
Jodie
Jodie was born and raised in Tenterfield, NSW, surrounded by animals and birds. Her furry and feathered family included everything from a cow to a cockatoo! After living in Tasmania for 15 years with her 2 beloved Jack Russell's, Jodie is now live in Toowoomba with her husband, and Mini Schnauzer, Otto. Life is better with dogs and Jodie feels lucky to be part of the Pawfect Paws pack.
Being more of a small dog person, Jodie has embraced the larger dog life with enthusiasm and has learnt just as much about herself and what she can do. Jodie’s connection with each dog shows us all that every dog has something amazing to bring, Jodie has a knack for bringing out the soft side of them all. You will often see Jodie’s lovely face in daycare, greeting customers and their dogs or saying goodbye.
Rylee
Rylee is another to have completed a Certificate 3 in Animal Care, having 2 of her own dogs which she loves spending time with and taking on adventures. Rylee started her journey with us as a dog groomer, growing into the business and moving to the bath mobile a few days a week. Rylee has since taken on a new challenge adding cruise assist to her role with Pawfect Paws.
Rylee is one of our only quiet team members, she has an amazing can-do attitude and is a real asset to our team. Rylee is an active person naturally enjoying netball as a common pass time, it won’t surprise you that Rylee can be seen speeding around our hound quarters getting things done.
If Rylee isn’t out cruising or in the bath mobile, you will see her about our grooming salon; pampering puppers.
Emma
Emma started with us in the early days of our grooming salon, while learning how to groom to she was helping build relationships with trusted customers and gaining new customers each day. Emma’s commitment and compassion for each animal’s comfort and wellbeing shines through with her work every day. Emma has created a hardworking and friendly essences throughout Pawfect Paws, continuing the fabulous customer service from daycare to grooming.
Emma is a mum of 2 children, a couple of dogs and rats. Emma has owned various different animals, including, horses, goats, guineapigs and birds. Because of this Emma also does pet sitting for Pawfect Paws, her understanding that our animals are our babies and don’t trust just any one with them makes her exceptional at her job.
You will see Emma in our grooming salon, and on the occasional cruise of daycare day.
Abby
Abby is our most recent animal extraordinaire to join our team. She has two dogs, Isla and Creed, and has always had a huge love for animals. Abby has wanted to work with animal for as long as she can remember — “when I was little, I even told my parents I wanted to own a bank so I could give people free puppies and money.”
Abby started working with animals at 14 in doggy daycares and have been around dogs her whole life. Over the past three years, Abby has fallen in love with dog training and discovered that it’s something she is truly passionate about and, in her words, “I have found my calling”. Abby has dreams to open up her own grooming and training business focusing on the training aspect in all things, taking a slow and gentle approach.
Abby is a friendly face we have the pleasure of having in our bath mobile and the luxury of her knowledge in our doggy daycare and puppy day school training.
Lincoln
Being the bosses son is usually pretty rough, however; with Lincolns can do attitude and willingness to help he won us all over and proven he isn’t just here to play with dogs. Lincolns sympathetic and happy demeanor shines through with everything he does, dogs love him and tend to trust him very easily.
Lincoln enjoys netball and volleyball in his spare time, representing his club and Toowoomba for both. He owns not only dogs, but cats, chickens, and ducks also, which mean Lincoln has a fair knowledge of all animals.
While you will often seen Lincoln in the bath mobile, you may see him assisting Sally in the grooming trailer or around HQ helping in our other services.
Dylan
Dylan is one of Pawfect Paws pet sitters, and has many years’ experience pet sitting with regular repeat customers. Dylans compassion for animals makes him diligent and thorough with each visit. Dylan strives to keep himself fit and active not only for his personal health but to also ensure every and any personality he comes across; he can handle. Dylan has a large range of knowledge of all animals and endeavors to learn more, happy to handle all animals, from the furry, scaly and hooved.
You won't find him around HQ as Dylan works in disability support throughout the week.
